The 2nd Annual Fort Morgan Oyster Fest is set to take place on February 24 and 25, 2024, at The Beach Club Resort & Spa in Gulf Shores. The festival is organized by the Fort Morgan Oyster Fest Committee.

All-You-Can-Eat Oysters and More

The annual Oyster Festival, a popular event for oyster enthusiasts, is returning with its signature all-you-can-eat oyster offering. Attendees can indulge in an unlimited supply of oysters, included in the price of admission, along with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The festival also provides a range of non-seafood options for those who may not want oysters. In addition to the food offerings, guests can purchase alcoholic beverages separately.

This year marks the introduction of two new ticket categories to accommodate different visitor preferences. The VIP Tickets, offering early access and additional exclusive benefits, cater to those seeking a more premium experience. Alternatively, Late Entry Tickets are now available, providing a cost-effective option for guests who prefer attending the event during its later stages. These changes reflect the festival's ongoing commitment to enhancing the visitor experience and accessibility.

Entertainment and Activities

Apart from the culinary delights, the festival will feature live music with bands performing throughout the day. Over 40 Alabama-based arts and crafts vendors will be present, providing a great opportunity for attendees to browse and shop. The event also includes fun games, contests, and activities for children, making it a family-friendly event. One of the highlights is the Oyster Shucking Contest, inviting attendees to showcase their skills.

Supporting the Local Community

A portion of the ticket sales and tip jar money will be donated to the Fort Morgan Volunteer Fire Department.

Ticket Information

Tickets are required for entry and include all-you-can-eat oysters and non-alcoholic beverages. Early Bird tickets are available until January 31, 2024, with prices ranging from $30 to $120. After February 1, ticket prices will increase by $5 to $10. It's important to note that if the event sells out prior to February 24, tickets will not be available on the day of the event.

The 2nd Annual Fort Morgan Oyster Fest not only offers a feast for the taste buds but also contributes to a good cause, making it an event not to be missed by food enthusiasts and community supporters alike.
