Parrot Heads Announce Registration For Annual Gulf Shores Event In Fall

If you are a Jimmy Buffett fan then you know what being a Parrot Head means. Each year thousands descend onto the beaches of Gulf Shores during their fall migration. The event is hosted at the Hangout but the birds also celebrate at the Flora-Bama and LuLu's during their stay.


Parrot Heads in Paradise (phip) has officially opened their registration. The multiday party will feature live music at registered guests only concerts and nationally known trop-rock artists. With the new addition of Allegiant Airlines, parrot heads from around the country can make it to the sands of Gulf Shores.


MOTM is the PHiP convention held annually during the end of October and beginning of November. While previously hosted in New Orleans and Key West, the new home of MOTM is Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is open to any member of a PHiP sanctioned Parrot Head Club covering several days and nights of friendship, fun, food and great music, with a few optional meetings and seminars thrown in the mix.

Over the next few months the MOTM will announce all of the musical artists and the scheduled parties. They remind attendees to "Party With A Purpose" at the 34th annual meeting.
