Community party for Perdido Key business interest

News in the Gulf Shores area

Perdido Key is considered part of the Alabama coast community by many locals. Much of it's tourist and commerce is derived from the visitors to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Many of the Perdido Key businesses have connections in the State of Alabama.

Each year the Perdido Key Chamber celebrates the holidays with all of the members from both States. This season they are set to host its Annual Holiday Party at the Flora-Bama Yacht Club.

The event will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 5:00 to 9:00pm. Attendees are encouraged to wear festive attire or participate in the ugly sweater contest. The event will feature door prizes, best-dressed awards, gifts for all attendees, and a dinner prepared by the Flora-Bama Yacht Club's chefs, along with a complimentary drink.

Beyond130 Marketing is the Title/Santa Sponsor for this year's celebration. Madelyn Bell, Membership Engagement Manager, emphasized the event's significance, stating, "It’s our largest membership event of the year, and I encourage everyone to check out sponsorship opportunities—it’s a fantastic way to connect with our business community and spread some holiday cheer."

Tickets are priced at $15 for chamber members and $30 for non-members. Due to limited availability, early purchase is recommended. For sponsorship details and ticket purchases, visit
www.PerdidoChamber.com  or contact 850-492-4660.

"Perdido" means "lost" in the Spanish and Portuguese languages. The Florida district of the Gulf Islands National Seashore is famously included in the community. No more than a few hundred yards wide in most places, Perdido Key stretches some 16 miles from near Pensacola to Perdido Pass Bridge near Orange Beach.
