Tyrus has been a wrestling champion, political contributor, life reflecting comedian and a New York Times best selling author. Now he is coming to Gulf Shores for a one-night event.


George “Tyrus” Murdoch stands 6-foot-7 and 375 pounds. As his ticket site states "Prepare yourself for a rollercoaster of laughs with Tyrus, the comedian whose towering presence is only matched by his ability to crack up any audience. Embarking on his 2025 comedy tour, Tyrus is set to deliver a powerhouse performance of wit, humor, and sidesplitting jokes that speak to the heart of everyday life."


Tyrus will be performing at the Erie Meyer Civic Center in Gulf Shores on July 24, at 7:30PM. The tickets are on sale now for the limited capacity show.
