Gulf Shores, Ala. — (GSN) — Just in time to celebrate Memorial Day and the nation's 250th birthday, the City of Gulf Shores Store has released the new official beach blanket. These large and comfortable blankets are great on the beautiful beaches, by the pool and especially comfortable in the home.


Gulf Shores News will be giving away one this Memorial Day to a registrant for the weekly newsletter (Gulf Shores News Notes). If you don't get the newsletter simply enroll HERE. It only takes a few seconds.


If you don't win the Official Gulf Shores Beach Blanket you can always stop by the Gulf Shores Store, located on Hwy. 59, just in front of City Hall. The store staff expressed "Our new Patriotic Sandless Beach Towel/Blanket has arrived and is ready for beach days, boat rides, fireworks, s'mores on the shore, and everything in between."


The store added "250th Semiquincentennial merchandise is coming soon."
