As fall weather sets in so does the excitement of Friday nights under the lights. The Gulf Shores High School Dolphins hosted the Blount Leopards. Both teams came into the game with losing records and sought to turn the season around.

The Fins of Gulf Shores beat the Leopards with a score of 28-0! Keeping Blount scoreless, the Gulf Shores High football team improves their record to (2-3). Their next game will be against St. Paul's Episcopal.

A day earlier the Makos of Orange Beach High School hosted the Satsuma Gators in the new stadium. The Makos football team won with a score of 47-21. This season the Makos are (3-2) overall. Next week the Orange Beach team will travel to Robertsdale to face the Golden Bears.
