Gulf Shores, Ala. — (GSN) — Driving along the Alabama coast, Jeeps are a prolific sight, with enthusiasts embracing the open-air freedom, beach driving lifestyle, and iconic dashboard ducks that define the community. This coastal Jeep culture takes center stage as Gulf Shores hosts the inaugural Gulf of America Jeep Fest at The Hangout.

Running from Thursday, September 24, through Sunday, September 27, 2026, the four-day festival transforms the beachside venue into an action-packed hub for Jeep owners and spectators.

At the heart of the festival is the Vendor Village, located at the Gulf Shores Town Green and surrounding area. Attendees can explore dozens of vendor booths offering Jeep accessories, custom gear, apparel, and rubber ducks, alongside specialized off-road outfitters showcasing custom builds and upgrades.

A full schedule of Jeep events and competitions is planned throughout the weekend. Key highlights include:

• Show & Shine Exhibition: Displaying classic, rare, and custom builds in the lot across from The Hangout.
• Poker Run & Scavenger Hunt: Allowing drivers to cruise coastal routes and complete challenges across Baldwin County.
• Sound & Light Competitions: Hosted at OWA Parks and Recreation, featuring aftermarket lighting arrays and high-powered audio setups.
• Kids' Activities: A Power Wheels show and sandcastle competition designed for younger participants.

In addition to automotive events, live music will run daily in The Hangout’s courtyard. The lineup features regional acts including The Velcro Pygmies, Alabama Soul, Bruce Smelley, Cam Shelton, Webb Dalton, and Jeremy Row.

With free admission for general spectators and 100% of festival profits benefiting local non-profit organizations—including Warrior Legacy Ranch, Operation Reconnect, and the DASH Foundation—the event offers a coastal celebration for all ages.
