Gulf Shores City Schools Host Annual Dolphin Dash 5K

Proceeds from the run directly support school programs

Dolphin Dash Gulf Shores

Gulf Shores City Schools is hosting its annual fundraising race in November. The Dolphin Dash 5K Run/Walk will take place at Gulf Place Town Green near the public beach's west entrance. Families can participate in either the competitive 5K or a shorter fun run designed for all ages. All proceeds from the event will go directly to support programs at Gulf Shores City Schools.


The race is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, with the 5K beginning at 8 a.m. The family-friendly fun run will start immediately after the 5K finishes. Participants who register by November 14 will receive a t-shirt along with their race packet.

Registration costs $30 per person. Early registrants will receive a swag bag filled with goodies and a commemorative t-shirt. For those who miss the pre-registration deadline, race day registration will be available starting at 7 a.m. on November 15. Participants can register

The Gulf Shores Middle School PTO is sponsoring the event. Money raised will benefit various programs at the school. Organizers are encouraging community members to participate and support local education initiatives.


Runners and walkers will enjoy great race awards for top finishers. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a fun after-party. The event combines fitness, family fun, and community support in one morning activity.
