The new condo project will be launched at invitation only event

Caribe Seaside Condo Development

A new beachfront condominium project will be highlighted at a invitation-only event. Developers have announced plans for Caribe Seaside, a new luxury condominium tower in Orange Beach that will bring 115 upscale units with gulf views. The project features high-end amenities spread across multiple floors and is described by the development team as its most ambitious effort on Alabama’s coast. Floor plans include three-bedroom and five-bedroom residences, each designed with floor-to-ceiling glass and private outdoor space. The developers previously built Caribe Resort and Turquoise Place in Orange Beach and have again partnered with architect Forrest Daniell for the new beachfront building.

An invitation-only presale event is scheduled for October 25. Interested buyers can apply for passes to access exclusive pre-construction pricing at the event. Developers are marketing discounts of 30 percent off regular prices for attendees who purchase during the presale. Company representatives said their goal is to deliver projects that stand apart from other area developments.

Each unit includes a private balcony overlooking the beach, outfitted with a hot tub and natural gas grill. Inside, primary suites are planned with spa-style features such as jetted tubs and walk-in showers. Bathrooms include double vanities and walk-in closets, and every bedroom has access to its own bathroom. Kitchens are described as state-of-the-art, with dual fuel ranges, large refrigerators, and an open layout connected to the main living areas.

The property’s amenities are organized across three distinct levels for residents and guests. The ground-level Seaside floor will sit beachfront and include an indoor and outdoor bar and grill, a swimming pool, and a two-story water slide. On the seventh-floor Riverside level, plans call for a lazy river that wraps around the tower and a swim-up bar. An indoor pool and an eighth-floor fitness center are designed to provide year-round recreation regardless of weather.

A rooftop Skyside level is planned roughly 400 feet above the shoreline as an adults-only space. The design includes a lounge area on one side and a spa on the other, anchored by an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Gulf. Developers say the rooftop will offer panoramic views across Orange Beach and the coastline.

The development team says it will provide assistance with purchasing and optional property management services. A project team is available to answer questions about the presale and unit features. Those seeking more information about Caribe Seaside or the October 25 presale event can visit the project’s
website or their Facebook page.
