Judith "Tillie" Roberts Pan, a 55-year-old businesswoman from Orange Beach, has been arrested for the second time. This arrest follows allegations that she made nearly $15,000 in fraudulent credit card charges.

Roberts Pan was previously detained last month on similar accusations. Authorities claim she defrauded customers of her custom catering business, stealing over $135,000. The above-mentioned charges of nearly $15,000 charge brings the total to roughly $150,000. The case, which continues to develop, will be presented to a Baldwin County Grand Jury, hinting at possible additional charges.

Pan was initially charged of fraud in January.

Tracking fish with sonar has been available to the public since 1948, when the famous Furuno brothers introduced the product in their native Japan. A 'salty' charter captain might add that it was Lowrance that brought it to the U.S. fishing market. But whomever you credit, NOAA has now combined it with artificial intelligence (AI) to provide better chart mapping and even fish count locations of fish in the gulf. The results could impact local fishing seasons in the future.
