Art For Heart Gulf Shores Event News

The American Heart Association is preparing to host one of Baldwin County’s signature fundraising events this spring. The Baldwin Art for Heart Gala will once again unite community members, health advocates, and supporters for an evening of purpose and celebration at the Orange Beach Event Center. Tickets are now available for anyone who wants to join the effort.

The gala is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Orange Beach Event Center. Lauren Goode and Michelle Peterson are the event chairs this year, leading the planning and promoting local participation in the cause.

Guests can anticipate an evening that combines heartfelt moments with lively entertainment. The event will include survivor stories, dinner, performances, and a high‑energy auction aimed at raising vital funds. The gala supports the American Heart Association’s efforts to advance heart and stroke research, address current health challenges, and improve outcomes for families in Baldwin County and beyond.

For more than 100 years, the American Heart Association has worked to improve cardiovascular health through research, education, and advocacy. The organization partners with local leaders, sponsors, and volunteers to turn that mission into action at the community level, including here on the Alabama Gulf Coast.

This year’s event is part of the Heart of Baldwin Heart Ball campaign, which unites local supporters around a shared commitment to improving heart health. The campaign acknowledges milestones, celebrates survivors and advocates, and highlights the businesses and individuals whose contributions keep the work progressing.

The impact of the Heart of Baldwin campaign goes beyond just one night in the ballroom. Funds raised at the gala support lifesaving research, community programs, and educational efforts to prevent heart disease and stroke. Residents who attend or donate can directly help initiatives that make a difference in Baldwin County and across the country.

For more information about the gala, contact Bethany South with the American Heart Association at
