Gulf Shores City School Systems Scores A's

In the City of Gulf Shores education of the younger residents is always a top priority. With approximately 2,700 students across four schools the Gulf Shores School Board has reason to be proud of recent testing results. The State Department of Education released the 2025 Report Card and Gulf Shores received A's at each of their three schools. Best of all they have scored all A's for three years in a row.

Gulf Shores School Report Card 2025

As stated on the City School's website, "district is proud to serve an academically diverse student population. We set high expectations for both students and staff, providing a wide range of opportunities to help every individual reach their full potential." This was very evident in the scores produced by the students from each school:

Gulf Shores is currently upgrading the school facilities which are scheduled to open in 2026. In recent years the schools have achieved academic excellence is several STEM programs and even been named an "Apple Distinguished School District" this year.

The schools are also giving back to the community with their program "Make Waves of Kindness," which celebrates how simple acts of kindness can create powerful ripples throughout our community.

The new school facilities will provide more lab and education space to the growing school district and allow expansion of the ongoing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) to prepare students for the changes in life after education.
