Mako's girl softball teams is expected to repeat chpionship

MaxPreps, which specializes in comprehensive coverage of high school sports across the United States, has named the top girls softball team from all 50 states. The sports out has predicted that the Orange Beach Makos will return to the championship.


The MaxPreps article state "The five-time defending state champions return their top five hitters including Katie King and Ava Hodo from a squad that finished No. 2 in the country last season. Star pitcher K.G. Favors is now at South Carolina but M.K. McMullan is back after going 16-1 with a 0.77 ERA as a freshman."
