Every so often one of the real estate jewels come to the market in Orange Beach. Just such a property is being offered by Engel & Völkers Real Estate. The treasured waterfront property is situated on over four acres off Canal Road. The pedigree of ownership and construction are legendary in the market.

The residence sports a theater, a chilled and heated pool, and a 1,400-gallon aquarium and an asking price north of $10 Million Dollars.

According to Nancy Ruhling of Mansion Global, retired NFL placekicker Matt “Money Matt” Bryant and his wife, Melissa Bryant, spent 20 months building their custom hurricane-proof residence, where dolphins swim next to the dock and ospreys wing their way over the water.

“We built the house to withstand whatever nature could throw at it,” said Bryant, 50, who is rated one of the most-accurate kickers in NFL history. “We put a lot of thought into its design—you can see the water from almost every room. It’s like being on vacation every day.”

The home was built in 2017, the 8,946-square-foot single-story house has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half baths. Its 4.3 acres include 190 feet of private beachfront and over 3,000 square feet of outdoor living space. The guest cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The smart home has his and her offices, a movie theater with a 140-inch screen, a 1,400-gallon aquarium, a 9-foot-deep resort-style heated and chilled saltwater pool, a 10-foot-square spa, an outdoor kitchen, a deep-water dock and three fireplaces.

The home is conveniently located close to area amenities, yet away from it all at the same time.

It is always good to dream about your future home.
