The Orange Beach Water Authority is looking to build a second water treatment plant just off the Foley Beach Express and Roscoe Road. Officials from the water board are requesting a site plan approval for the new plant from the Foley Planning Commission. The water board’s other plant is on the Intracoastal Waterway just west of the site of the new bridge under construction. You may have walked into Happy Pappy Coffee and been met by a pleasant young lady with smile that brightens the day. If you have that could be Mallorie Papadelias, a member of the coffee shop's family ownership. She is a freelance graphic designer with her company MADesigns, but still helps around the shop at times.
