National Shrimp Festival

The Annual National Shrimp Festival has started and will run through Sunday. In the past Thursday night was considered "locals" night but has become a welcoming opening to all Shrimp Fest attendees.

Did you know that many local use their bicycle to attend the event? The is a bike valet service on-site and it makes getting in and out of the event really easy. If you live close enough you may want to try the service.

You already know that some road and intersections have been closed for the event. If you plan on using a car you should consider parking in one of the many satellite parking lots.
