Vote for your favorite Trooper Cruiser!

Gulf Shores News Cruiser Contest

It is not often that the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency asks for help so here is your chance to assist! The State Troopers of Alabama are in a contest with every other agency in the US. The vote is for which state has the BEST Trooper Cruiser. The survey is being conducted by the American Association of State Troopers.

Alabama is near the top with their new "Hellcat" cruisers.

You can help put them over the top by voting HERE

The Highway Patrol Division includes 17 posts, the Motor Carrier Safety Unit, and the Communications Unit. Highway Patrol accounts for approximately 65 percent of the arresting officers within the agency. Troopers patrol approximately 69,500 miles of rural roadways in Alabama and are responsible for motor vehicle law enforcement, rural traffic crash investigation, and special duty performance during emergencies.

They have been kind enough to assist us all summer long with use of their helicopter team. Its time to give back with a quick vote!
