Two beloved performers from the Gulf Coast earned major honors at the Josie Music Awards on Sunday night in Nashville. Sugarcane Jane took home the award for “Duo of the Year” in the Americana category. Webb Dalton won Song of the Year for his track "Don't Forget, Remember Me". Both artists are well-known to music fans along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.


The ceremony took place on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the famous Grand Ole Opry House. The Josie Music Awards recognizes independent artists from across the country. This year marked the 11th annual event.
